Our approach
Our objective is to maximise returns for our investors. We do this by helping to build successful growth businesses, with financial, strategic and operating support. Where possible we pursue regional and pan-African opportunities.
We provide primarily growth and expansion capital, and target investments of between $20m and $50m in the Satya Capital Africa Fund. Our relationships and experience can facilitate both larger equity investments together with access to debt capital.
We establish a partnership with the businesses in which we invest. We seek out the most talented management teams, and work with them and other partners in the business to drive strategic development.
The Satya team has a rich mix of financial, strategic and investment experience. We also have valuable direct operating experience, most notably the establishment and growth of Celtel. We will work with businesses to build the platform for future growth, whether through systems, attracting further management talent, or by opening our regional and industrial network.
