Matthew Hodgkinson – Advisor
Matthew joined Satya Capital in 2009. In 2021 Matthew became a Founding Partner at Confluence Investors - An Impact fund manager with a focus on publicly listed companies in the non-BRIC emerging markets - and moved to being an Advisor to Satya. Matthew joined Satya from Terra Firma, an international private equity group, based in London, where he worked on both the investment appraisal and portfolio management teams. Prior to Terra Firma, Matthew was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers, where he worked in mergers and acquisitions. Matthew has BA in Economics and Management from Christ Church, Oxford University. Matthew has an dual degree Executive MBA from Tsinghua University in China, and INSEAD (the TIEMBA programme).
